We Are Stealth Construction

Our company is founded, owned and operated by a duo of passionate entrepreneurs that lovingly call Indiana home. (Valparaiso, to be precise!) Having navigated the home renovation process many times themselves, Wes and Alicia recognized the need for a general contracting company that does things differently - one that responds quickly, works honestly and operates with integrity. A company that takes the role of “service provider” seriously, and works hand-in-hand with clients to inform them on the process, rather than take advantage of their lack of knowledge. This realization led to the founding of Stealth Construction LLC in 2019.

Fast-forward three short years, and Stealth Construction has completed hundreds of projects - from new construction to kitchen renovations, post-disaster restorations to room additions, we’ve had the opportunity to do and see it all. The team has grown to encompass five full-time employees, each bringing their own area of expertise and years of history to the table.

Our Team

  • Wes + Alicia, Founders

    Wes is Stealth’s General Contractor & Executive Project Development Manager. He is a veteran of the Iraq & Afghanistan war (Air Force), and a serial entrepreneur with successful business ventures ranging from landscaping to cellphone tower consulting. He enjoys working with his tools and can often be found on-site, actively involved in the construction process.

    Alicia is Stealth’s Operation Manager. With extensive experience with small businesses with law, event planning, and interior design, she oversees all administrative tasks, bookkeeping, marketing services, and client relations.

  • Corey, Project Manager

    Corey joined Stealth in 2022 as Project Manager and Quality Controller. A carpenter himself, he also has multiple years of experience working alongside insurance companies. He oversees logistics, safety compliance, and coordinates projects between the different specialties.

  • Luis, Estimator - AVAST Construction

    Luis is a fellow contractor who works closely with Stealth as Lead Estimator. He can often be found accompanying Wes to on-site bids. His knowledge and experience allows Stealth to provide customers with the most current and fair value pricing.
